TIME TO BUY!
There are many ways to begin the process of buying a home. Most buyers are going to be considering financing options first. How much do I need for a down payment? What lender should I be working with? I have strong understanding of the various loan types that most buyers are using in our current market. In our initial meeting we can discuss these options and if you need a good contact I can put you in touch with a trusted lending professional.
Once you have squared things away with the lender we will have an idea of your price range options and we will work together to combine that with the specific requirements you have for your new home. Remember, it's not uncommon to qualify for more than you are comfortable spending, you don't have to spend it all!
As soon as you are ready, we will get out and start viewing homes in person. At this point we are going to start seeing a lot more of each other, and our goal is to get out to view all the available properties that will meet your specific needs. As we make headway into the available inventory we will be able to narrow down the search and move toward finding just the right property.
Once you are ready to take the plunge the serious work begins! Its time to pull together the contract and begin the negotiation. This is a crucial part of the process and I will put my negotiation skills to work as we move toward an accepted offer. Once we have an agreement its time for inspections, rate lock, appraisals, and coordination of all the details that will ensure a smooth and successful settlement! I will work with you to coordinate these and other items.
In the days leading up to settlement we will be double checking that all the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted. We will attend settlement together and the settlement attorney will walk us through the loan documents and other associated paperwork. Once that's complete you are the official owner of your new home!
By this time we have had the opportunity to spend a lot of time together! Just because the closing is complete does not mean that our relationship is going to come to an end. I am here for you for the long run.
